摘要
在概述人力资源在整个钢铁工业中所处重要地位的基础上,深入分析了湖北省钢铁工业人力资源竞争力的现状,并提出了相应的改进措施。
Based on the importance of human resources in whole iron and steel industries, the present status of human resources competitiveness in iron and steel industries in Hubei province was emphatically analyzed. Meanwhile, the corresponding suggestions of improvement and countermeasures were put forward.
