浅论矿山企业内部考核机制

摘要 积长期在国有大型矿山企业从事内部考核管理工作之经验,认为企业管理效能的高低,始终受制于内部考核机制。企业创新考核机制,应明确总体目标,划定考核单元,设置分级指标,建立“市场成本”模式,强化工资调控,规范结算程序,动态调整,持续改进。 Based on the experience of examination and administration over a long period of time inside large state mining enterprise, to thinking, the high or low usefulness of business administration was manipulated by examination mechanism to inside from start to finish. For examination mechanism of enterprise innovating, it ought to definite the total target, to designate the examination cell, to install hierarchical target, to establish "marketplace cost" pattern, to reinforce pay regulating and controlling, to normalize final account order, to improve continuously.
