摘要 研究并设计了一种用于矿井瓦斯气体安全监测的气体传感器。传感器中气体敏感元件是利用溶胶-凝胶法在陶瓷管外表面制备的Fe3+搀杂SnO2薄膜。此薄膜对甲烷等易燃易爆气体有较高的敏感性和较短的响应(恢复)时间。该传感器采用MAX-197芯片,可以同时采集多个气敏元件的模拟信号并进行12位高精度A/D转换。传感器利用数码管进行显示,并连接危险报警器,能够及时准确地监测矿井的气氛环境并对瓦斯爆炸等潜在危险进行预警,以保证矿井的安全。 Investigation and design of a kind of gas sensor applying to the coal mine.The sensor element is the SnO-2 thin film doped Fe^3+ which prepared by the Sol-gel method deposition on alumina tube. The thin fdm has wonderful sensitivity and response(recover) time. This gas sensor adopted the chip MAX - 197 which can collect analog signals of many sensor elements and transform into digital signals in 12 bits precision.The sensor connecting the LED and annunciator, so it can detect the atmosphere of the coal mine accurately in time and alarm to the potential danger to insure the coal mine security.
