摘要
首次提出了压电式力标准机的概念和工作原理,介绍了设备的结构组成。分析了多组组合结构情况下,载荷作用与应力分布的关系并确定了满足强度要求的计算公式。同时提出了伺服电机驱动的最小液压工作系统为基础的极其简单的液压加载结构和超大负荷能力的压电陶瓷微位移器为基础的精密力值控制方法,实现了高精度、低成本的比对测量。同时,实现了工作过程的自动化。譬如:在WINDOWS界面下,实现了力标准机的工作状态以及试验数据的实时显示。
The conception and working principle of the piezoelectric force standard machine with grand loading capacity, is put forward for the first time. At the same time, the connection between loading function and distributed stress is analyzed under the condition of many kinds of combined constructs. The formula that is satisfied with intensity requirement is calculated. And then, the piezoelectric force standard machine's structure components are introduced. Most simple loading structure by hydraulic pressure, which is based on the working system driven by the servo motor with least hydraulic pressure, is put forward. At one time, the precise control method by force that is based on the tiny displacement device with piezoelectric ceramics is put forward and compare measure with high precision and low cost comes true. At last, it realizes the measuring process autoimmunization. For example, the working state and test data are displayed realtime trader the windows interface.
