Reflection on Some Legal Problems of Intellectual Property in Network Age

网络时代的到来,带来了知识产权领域全新的课题,如何在现有环境条件下突破传统知识产权的范畴,成为现代知识产权研究的热点。本文从网络条件下的知识产权特点出发,分析了网络时代知识产权面临的几个理论问题,试图找到与传统知识产权理论的冲突点,从而展现网络时代知识产权的新特点。

Along with the arrival of network age,a brand-new program of the field of intellectual property has come forth.How to break through the category of traditional intellectual property under existing condition has become the hot point of the present research of intellectual property.This paper starts from the characteristic of intellectual property under network condition,analyzes some theoretical problems of intellectual property in network age,tries to find the place conflicting with traditional theory of intellectual property,and displays the new characteristic of the intellectual property of network age.
