摘要
对在氧气中用高频感应氧化技术在Ti6Al4V合金表面生成氧化膜进行了研究,并测试及分析了不同处理温度和氧化时间对氧化膜生长速度,显微硬度的影响,研究表明,在800~950℃温度范围内,膜层的厚度和显微硬度均随着处理温度的升高和氧化时间的延长而增加。
The preparation of oxide film on the surface of Ti6Al4V titanium alloy by high-frequency induction oxidation in oxygen medium has been studied. The test and analysis of thickness and microhardness of layers in different treating temperatures and treating time are carried out. The observation of samples treated at the range of 800 -950℃ reveales that the thickness and microhardness of layers increase with the increasing of treating time and treating temperatures.
