摘要
以廉价无机盐氧氯化锆为原料,用氨水作沉淀剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米级二氧化锆(ZrO2),考察了焙烧温度和凝胶形式对产品性能的影响。并采用XRD、TEM和ASAP2020物理吸附仪等测试手段进行了表征。结果表明:以醇凝胶为前体,常压流动氮气焙烧制备的ZrO2的粒径小,比表面积较大。
Nano-ZrO2 is prepared by sol-gel method of ZrOCl2 · 8H2O. The influences of calcination temperature and gelatum form on the properties of ZrO2 are studied. The partieles are eharaeterized by XRD, TEM and Mieromerities ASAP 2020 M surfaee areas and porosity analyzer. The results indieate that nano-ZrO2 prepared by sol-gel method and ealeimined in flowing nitrogen under ambient pressure possesses small partiele diameter and high speeifie surfaee area.
