耐磨耐高温无机胶粘涂层制备及研究 被引量:6

摘要 有机胶粘涂层耐高温性能差,而无机耐高温性能优良。试验制备磷酸二氢铝胶粘涂层,并测试了其耐高温,抗热震,耐磨等性能。涂层的耐磨性能优于45#钢,当骨料WC/A l2O3配比为1∶1时磨损性能最佳,耐高温温度达到1000℃以上。辅料CuO是影响磷酸二氢铝胶粘涂层耐高温的一个重要显著影响因素。最后通过SEM观察涂层与金属基体结合界面,涂层粘结同时存在机械互锁和相间扩散。 The properties of heat-resisting organic adhesive coating is not better than the inorganic adhesive coating. The aluminium dihydric phosphate coating is prepared and the properties of high temperature resistance, thermal shock resistance and abrasion resistance are studied. The abrasion resistance of coating is greater than that of 45" steel. When mixture ratio of aggregate WC/A1203 is 1 : 1, the antiwear property is optimally and the heat-resisting temperature is excess of 1000℃. Accessory CuO is the major factor to the heat-resisting temperature. By observing bond interface between coating and metal base through SEM the result shows that the mechanical interlock and interphase diffusion exist .
