广平大厦B座建筑节能和环保应用技术

摘要 广平大厦B座工程中,采用了节能外围护墙技术、外墙外保温技术、保温节能窗和密封技术、应用节能环保型设备等节能环保技术,达到了北京市关于节能65%的要求,通过了北京市新技术应用示范工程的验收,社会和经济效益良好。 Some energy-saving and environmental protection technologies were employed in Guangping Mansion Building B Project, including energy-saving external enclosure, outer insulation of external wall, heatinsulated windows and sealing as well as energy-saving and environment-friendly equipment and etc. By all of these measures, the project saved energy by 65% which reached Beijing Municipal requirement for the energysaving, and past the acceptance inspection for the demonstration project of new technology application of Beijing, achieving good social-economical benefits.
