摘要
本文利用一种心室分析模型,对心室后负荷,用更符合循环生理实际的非对称T型管模型替代三元件的Westerhof模型,在此基础上研究心室压力-容积关系(特别是收缩末期的压力-容积关系)随后负荷的变化情况,发现收缩末期的心室压力-容积关系基本上不随后负荷的改变而改变,这与Sunagawa等人用三元件模型作后负荷的实验结果相一致,从而在更一般的情况下从理论上证明了心室收缩末期的压力-容积关系基本上与后负荷无关的结论。
This paper gives a report for the selection of a proper analytical model of ventricle-the viscoelastic T tubes model-substitute the 3-element Westerof model, for the afterload of the ventricle, as it is more accurate. On this basis, this paper also discusses the effect of the afterload on the ventricular pressure-volume relationship, especially the relationship at the end of the systole. It is found that the ventricular pressure-volume relationship at the end of the systole does not change even the afterload has been changed. This result agress with the experiments by Sunagawa et al in a more general sense.
