红细胞^(99)Tc^(m)体外标记法的研究 被引量:2

摘要 建立了红细胞99Tcm体外标记法。研究了Sn(Ⅱ)含量、Sn(Ⅱ)温育时间、99Tcm标记时间、NaClO和Na2EDTA用量以及99Tcm和血液体积等对红细胞标记率的影响,确定了最佳标记条件并已药盒化。该方法采用全血标记,不需血细胞分离和洗涤,99Tcm-RBC标记率>97%,标记后4h在体内体外放化纯度几乎不变。兔、狗血池显像本底低,图像清晰。实验结果表明,所建立的红细胞99Tcm体外标记法具有标记率高、稳定性好、操作较简便、易于推广等特点,值得进一步做临床研究。 Tcm-labelled red blood cells(99Tcm-RBC)can be used for the blood imaging. The method of RBC labelling with 99Tcm in vitro is described.The effect of incubation time,the concentration of SnCl2.2H2O,NaClO, Na2EDTA,the volume of blood and 99Tcm on the labelling efficiency are stud ied in detail.Thus the optimal labelling conditions in vitro are determined. In addition,imaging stud ies are performed in rabbits and dogs using in vitro labelling method.The good quality images are obtained.The labelling efficiency of the method is more than 97%,the washing and separation of RBC is not required. The method is very convenient for the clinic application.
