^（99）Tc^m－DTPA－HSA注射液的放射化学纯度分析

建立了９９Ｔｃｍ－ＤＴＰＡ－ＨＳＡ注射液的放射化学纯度分析方法。确定了分别以８５％甲醇、Ｖ（水）：Ｖ（９５％乙醇）：Ｖ（氢氧化铵）＝５：２：１为溶剂，ＷｈａｔｍａｎＮｏ．１纸为载体的双系统纸层析法。该方法简单、快速。

simple,rapid analytical method of radiochemical purity for the 99Tcm-DTPA-HSA injection is established.99Tcm(Ⅶ),99Tcm(Ⅳ)and labelled compound 99Tcm-DTPA-HSA are separated by two sys tems of paper chromatography on Whatman No.1.The solvent of the system A is 85% methanol and that of the system B is water-95% alcohol-ammonium hydroxide(volume ratio is 5:2:1). 99Tcm(Ⅳ)and labelled compound are located at the origin,while Rf of 99Tcm(Ⅶ)is atout 0.4-0.5 in the system A.Rf of 99Tcm(Ⅶ)and labbelled compound are about 0. 7-0. 8,while 99Tcm(Ⅳ)is located at the origin in the system B.
