摘要
应用放免法检测22例健康人(对照组)、9例喉部良性肿瘤和28例喉癌患者血浆6-keto-PGF1α和TXB2的含量。结果表明喉部良性肿瘤患者血浆6-keto-PGF1α和TXB2的含量分别为对照组均值的1.33和1.24倍,而喉癌组则分别为3.28和3.94倍,且良性肿瘤与喉癌组间比较,二者均P<0.01,呈显著性差异。喉癌组检测值超过对照组的阳性率分别为85.7%和75.0%。喉癌患者血浆6-keto-PGF1α和TXB2含量的测定有助于提高喉癌的检出率,有利于良、恶性肿瘤的鉴别诊断。
The plasma 6-keto-PGF1αand thromboxane B2(TXB2) of 22 normal controls, 9 laryngeal benign tumors and 28 laryngocarcinoma are measured.The results show that PGF1α and T×B2 of laryngeal be nign tumors are 1.33 times and 1. 24 times respectively as much as the control group and the one of laryngocarcinoma are 3.78 times and 3.94 times respectively as much as the normal controls.There is a significant difference between laryngeal benign tumor and laryngocarcinoma(P<0.01).The positive rate of laryngocarcinoma in ±2s of the controls are 85.7% and 75.0%.The measurements of the plasma 6-keto-PGF1αand TXB2 are helpful to increase the detecting rate of laryngocarcinomas and the distinction between benign and malignant tumors.
