行为个性及情感因素对冠心病患者血脂代谢的影响

The effect of behavioral characteristic,emotional factors on serum lipid concentration of coronary heart disease

目的:研究行为个性及情感因素对冠心病患者血脂代谢的影响,为冠心病患者的心理干预提供依据。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、焦虑抑郁量表(SAS)、(SDS)和艾森克问卷评定112例已确诊冠心病患者,同时测定血清中血脂浓度。结果:冠心病患者SCL-90的各项评分(总分、躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性)及其它均显著高于正常,同时SAS总分、SDS总分也比国内正常显著增高;冠心病组N分极显著高于正常组(P<0·01),而E、P、L无显著差异(P>0·05)。结论:行为特征与焦虑情绪有明显的相关性,且对血脂代谢有明显的影响。

Objective：To study the relations with behavioral characteristic,emotional factors and serum lipid eoneentration（SLC） in patients with coronary heart disease（CHD）. Methods： 112 CHD patients were investigated on the basis of symptom check list-90 （SCL-90）, self-rating anxiety seale（SAS） ,self-rating depression scale（SDS） and Eysenek personality Questionnaire（EPQ）,and SLC were measured. Results： The scores of SCL- 90 in the CHD groups were significantly higher than those of normal group（P〈0.01）,The scores of SDS and SAS in the CHD group were significantly higher than those of normal group（P〈0. 01） ,The scores of EPQ in the CHD groups were significantly higher than those of the normal groups（P〈0.01）, but there was no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusions： There were mutual affections behavioral characteristics, emotional factors and the SLC were affected in CHD patients also.
