赵氏雷火灸治疗变应性鼻炎疗效分析

Clinical analysis on the therapeutic effect of Zhao’s Thunder-Fire moxibustion on allergic rhinitis

目的观察传统的赵氏雷火灸治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法110例变应性鼻炎患者随机分为两组,即赵氏雷火灸治疗组55例和伯克纳喷鼻剂对照组55例,分别采用相应方法进行治疗。疗程及随访结束后,对比两组疗效。结果赵氏雷火灸治疗组症状、体征改善显效率均为80%,3月后随访时显效率维持在58%。结论赵氏雷火灸治疗变应性鼻炎具有较确切的近期疗效,为一种操作简便、疗效好、价格低廉、安全、无毒副作用、无创伤的治疗方法。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Zhao＇s Thunder-Fire moxibustion therapy on allergic rhinitis（AR）. Methods One hundred and ten cases with AR were included in this study. They were randomly divided into 2 groups, with 55 cases in each. The patients in treating group （TG） were treated with Zhao＇s Thunder-Fier moxibustion therapy and those in controlling one（CG） were treated with Bceconase aerosol spray. Then, these cases in either group were all followed up for 3 months beginning by the end of therapy to compare the therapeutic effect between the 2 groups. Resuits The significantly effective rates were 80% for symptoms improvement and 80% for signs improvement by the end of therapy and such significantly effective rates were both 58% for symptoms and signs improving by the end of following up period among the cases of TG. Conclusions Zhao＇ s Thunder-Fire moxibustion therapy holds definite short-term therapeutic effect on AR and is one of the therapies holding such advantages as simple in operating, better therapeutic effect, cheaper in cost, safe for patients and fewer side and no toxic effects in clinical practice.
