摘要
采用OM、SEM、EDX、XRD等手段,研究了Sn对AZ70镁合金显微组织和常温压缩性能的影响。结果表明,Sn能改变AZ70镁合金铸态组织形貌,使粗大的网状Mg_(17)Al_(12)相破碎为断网状。微量Sn基本均匀分布在合金基体上,并有效地细化晶粒,Sn质量分数为1.5%(以下均为设计成份)时细化效果显著,多量的Sn有使晶粒粗大的倾向。均匀化退火后合金的室温压缩性能随Sn含量的增加先升后降,最大极限压缩率和压缩强度分别出现在1.0%Sn和1.5%Sn时。分析认为,1.0%Sn时,综合压缩性能良好。
The effects of Sn addition on microstructure and room temperature compression properties of AZ70 magnesium alloy were studied by utilizing the approaches of OM, SEM, EDX, XRD et al. The results show that microstructure morphology of Mg17Al12 phase in as-cast AZ70 magnesium alloy with Sn element is modified from continuous net to broken net. The distribution of Sn in α-Mg is basically uniform and the grain can be refined significantly with 1.5%Sn addition (design content), however the grain presents the trend to be coarse with excessive Sn content. Compression properties of alloy after homogeneous annealing treatment ascend first and then descend with the increase of Sn content, the compression strength and limiting compressibility of alloy is greatest at about 1.0% and 1.5% Sn content, respectively. The combined compression properties of the alloy are best at about 1.0% Sn content.
