摘要
利用成组试验法对Cr4、Cr5型支承辊用钢的拉-拉疲劳性能进行了测定,并利用金相、XRD、SEM等手段对其组织进行分析。结果表明,当中值寿命为10^6时,Cr5钢的抗疲劳应力为659MPa,Cr4钢抗疲劳应力为438MPa.Cr5钢的抗疲劳性能优于Cr4钢。
The tension-tension fatigue properties of Cr4 and Cr5-type steels for back-up rolls were measured by using the group test method, the microstructure of the steel was also studied by means of XRD, SEM. The results show that the fatigue stress of Cr5-type steel(659MPa) is obviously better than Cr4-type steel(438MPa), when the median life gets to 10^6 cycles.
