摘要
本文根据利益相关者理论分析了家族企业代际传承中的主要利益主体,归纳了传承过程可能存在的问题,指出要实现家族企业的成功传承,关键是在在任者和继任者的利益之间寻求协调与平衡。
Based on the theory of stakeholder, the main stakeholders, and the problems of intergenerational succession in family firms has been analyzed in this paper. The paper also reveals in order to make successful succession in family firms, seeking coordination and equilibrium in incumbent and successor is the key way.
