摘要
本文依据西部地区矿产资源的开发现状、矿业的基本特点、自然地理条件等因素,提出了西部地区矿产资源开发的几项战略措施,以确保我国的经济安全、国防安全和生态安全。
Based on the mineral resources＇ exploitation status, the essential feature of the mining industry and the natural conditions in West China, this paper discusses the strategic measures on the mineral resources expoitation, to ensure economic security,national fedence security and ecological security in our country.
