我国社会主义新农村建设的进程,也是法治农村的建设进程。为了能够对广大农村中更多的法律援助对象提供他们想要得到的法律援助,保护他们的合法权益,从而体现我国社会主义“法律面前人人平等”的宪法精神,必须尽快在我国广大的农村建立法律援助机构,使法律真正走进千家万户,为消除社会矛盾,从而为维护我国社会最基层的稳定奠定基础。

The course of constructing modern socialist countryside is also that of governing the countryside by law. In order to provide the people in the vast countryside with law assistance they want to get and protect legitimate rights and interests and embody the spirit in the Constitution of the People＇ s Republic of China that everyone is equal before law, we must set up the organization of law assistance in the countryside as soon as possible to eliminate social contradictions and lay a foundation for the stability at the grass -roots level in our country.
