在我国,私募基金的产生和发展有自身的必然性和合理性,与公募基金相比也具有一定的优势,具有广阔的发展前景。我们应当积极推进私募基金的合法化进程,并且建立健全监管体系,将其风险降低到最低,充分利用这一金融创新组织形式为我国的金融改革服务。

In China, the emergence of privately placed fund and its development is iuevitable and reasonable, which has its own advantage over the public offering fund and the most vigorous development potential in the future. It is suggested that we should actively promote the legalization of the private placed fund , establish and perfect the relevant laws and the regulation system , control the risk and finally make full use of this financial innovative organization to serve for the financial reform in China.
