摘要
本文通过分析美国沃尔玛公司在中国的现状及成功经营的策略,结合当今中国零售市场的行业背景和特点,探讨了沃尔玛的成功经验对其他跨国零售企业与国内零售企业在中国经营的可借鉴之处。
By analyzing the managing situations of U. S. A Wal - Mart company in China and it' s successful managing strategies, This paper make a research on the domestic retailing enterprises and the other muhinational retailing enterprises how to make a full use of the successful managing experiences of Wal-Mart company in the background of nowadays China retailing markets.
