摘要
报道了一种能保护高功率速调管安全的速调管真空保护装置．该装置保护动作时间≤１５ｍｓ，在强电磁干扰速调管走廊中能稳定可靠地工作。
The vacuum protector providing high quality of safety for high power klystrons is reported. The response time of the device is less than 15ms. It can work reliably at the klystron corridor with strong electromagnetic interference.
