摘要
目的通过观察腹腔脏器破裂出血时的声像图表现,摸索其诊断规律。方法回顾性分析经术前行急诊超声检查的239例内脏破裂声像图,将其与手术病理结果对照进行归纳分类总结。结果急诊超声对内脏破裂出血诊断符合率100%(239/239),定位符合率90.4%(216/239)。结论超声对腹腔脏器破裂的定位定性诊断准确率高,有很高的临床实用价值,并能动态监测出血量的变化及伤势发展。
Objective To discuss diagnostic value by analyzing ultrasonographic features of abdominal viscera ruptures with external injury. Methods Ultrasonography of 239 cases of emergency with external injury was analyzed retrospectively and compared with those of operation and pathology. Results Emergency uhrasonography diagnosed abdominal viscera rupture and bleeding accurately. The diagnostic accuracy of uhrasonography was 100% （239/239） and localizing accuracy was 90.4%（216/239）. Conclusion Emergency ultrasonography has a practical value in diagnosing abdominal viscera rupture in clinical setting, and can be used to monitor bleeding dynamicly.
