螺旋CT 2D/3D重建技术在跟骨骨折中的应用价值

Spiral CT 2D/3D reconstruction of calcaneus fracture

目的探讨螺旋CT2D/3D重建技术在跟骨骨折中的运用价值。方法26例跟骨骨折患者均先行螺旋二维轴面断层容积扫描,通过工作站用ADW3.1软件进行2D/3D重建。结果26例患者二维/三维CT扫描均能显示跟骨骨折。结论结合使用2D/3D重建技术,相互补充,能提供正确骨折分型,提高临床治疗效果,降低致残率。

Objective To study the diagnostic value of 2D/3D CT reconstructive technique of caleaneus fracture. Methods 26 cases of ealeaneus fracture were performed by spiral CT. All achieved data were put into ADW3.1 workstation and 2D/3D images were reconstructed. Results All reconstructed images of 26 cases showed calcaneus fracture and their types. Conclusion 2D and 3D reconstruction technique of Spiral CT can reveal clearly the calcaneus fracture to improve clinical treatment effect.
