摘要
本文根据Naiver-Stokes方程推导一种比传统数学方法更优越的代数应力模型。这种模型除了能计算出传统的速度和压力外,它还能计算出紊动能和紊动耗散率等。对多路换向阀的流道进行数值模拟的结果与实验结果相比,吻合较好。因此可以证明这是研究液压阀流道的一种很有效的数值方法。
A new data simulation method of the Algebraic Stress Method(ASM) for the flow path of hydraulic valves was put forward from the Naiver-Stokes equations. The method has an advantage over the traditional simulation method. When the method was used to simulate, it not only simulated out the velocity distribution and pressure distribution, but also did the kinetic energy and kinetic energy disspation rate distribution and so forth. It has a little error that compared the simulation data with experience data. So it can be proven that the ASM model was a very good simulation method for studying the flow path of hydraulic valves.
