一氧化碳对切花月季瓶插寿命和抗氧化代谢的影响 被引量:12

摘要 研究了不同浓度(0.001、0.01和0.1μmol·L^-1)的外源一氧化碳(CO)供体高铁血红素(Hematin,H)对切花月季‘影星’的瓶插寿命和抗氧化代谢的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,c0供体在0.001~0.01μmol·L^-1范围内,随使用浓度的提高延长了切花月季的瓶插寿命,其中0.01μmol·L^-1处理效果最明显,而0.1μmol·L^-1的处理反而缩短切花月季的瓶插寿命。进一步研究发现,H0.01μmol·L^-1处理还不同程度地上调前期过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性,显著降低MDA含量。 Effects of exogenous carbon monoxide (CO) donor (Hematin) at O. 001, 0.01 and 0. 1 μmol·L^-1 on vase life and antioxidative metabolism in cut rose ‘Movie Star' flower were investigated. Com- pared with the control flowers kept in distilled water, application of CO donor hematin (0. 001 -0. O1 μmol·L^-1) resulted in the prolonged vase life of cut rose in a dose-dependent manner. Between these treatments,the effect of 0. 01 μmol·L^-1hematin (H 0. 01 ) was the most effective in extending the vase life. However, the opposite effect of 0. 1 μmol·L^-1 hematin ( H 0. 1 ) was also found. Furthermore, application of H 0. 01 apparently and differentially up-regulated the activities of peroxidase, catalase and superoxide dismutase, resuhing in the apparent decrease of MDA content during the early holding period.
