摘要
分析高速磁浮试验线动力轨系统中汇流排接头两种方案,因动力轨系统的中间接头和膨胀接头部分导电后的热膨胀产生接触应力,在满足导轨力学性能的前提下,利用有限元软件,满足接头的导电性能下对比两种接头设计方案螺栓紧固后接头的接触状态。通过计算,分析接头在符合导流、结构支撑功能的基础上,确定最优方案,并计算热膨胀性引起的最大摩擦力,满足设计要求。
High speed magnetism float conflux platoon tie-in schemes is analysed, because there exist contact stresses between middle tie-in and bulge tie-in because of heat expand. FEA software is applied to analyze two tie-in touching schemes, and their mechanics performances and transmit performances are satisfied, thus the excellent is confirmed. Finally, Scheme is confirmed the most friction from heat dilatability is calculated.
