The Property Charge Management System Based on the Technology of Wireless POS

在对当前物业收费管理存在的问题和无线金融POS技术的特点进行分析的基础上,提出了基于无线POS技术的物业收费管理系统的设计方案。通过该系统可以实现小区物业收费管理户内抄表、计数、刷卡、收费、打票一体化,从而最终达到管理过程统一、高效、透明、安全,实现物业收费管理信息的集中化、科学化、规范化和标准化。

An original design system of the property charge management is presented which is based on the technology of wireless POS after an analysis of the problems in current property charge management and the character and the technology itself of wireless POS. By utilizing the new system, the integration management can be implemented. Such work as indoor meter reading, calculating, paying in cards, charging and printing will be effectively integrated. Consequently, the system will ultimately ensure the unification, high efficiency, transparency and security of the whole management process so as to achieve the centralization, scientification, regularization and standardization of the information in the property charge management.
