摘要
目的 建立哌噻嗪(皮波梯尔注射液,piportil L4 ampoule)中哌泊噻嗪棕榈酸酯的高效液相色谱含量测定方法。方法 采用氰基键合硅胶色谱柱,以乙腈-0.02mol·L^-1磷酸二氢钾-10%四甲基氢氧化铵(60:40:1)并用磷酸调节pH7.0为流动相,流速1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长266nm。结果 在5~250mg·L^-1。内呈良好线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.7%,RSD为1.3%。结论 本方法灵敏度高,操作简便,结果准确.
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of pipotiazine palmitate in pipotiazine injection. METHODS With a CN analytical column , the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.02 mol·L^-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate-10% tetramethyl ammonium hydroxide(60: 40:1 ), adjusted to pH 7.0 with phosphoric acid. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1 and UV detector wavelength was at 266 nm. RESULTS A good linear relationship was obtained in the concentration range of 5 - 250 mg·L^-1, the average recovery was 99.5%, and relative standard deviation was 1.1%. CONCLUSION The method is high sensitivity, simple and accurate.
