摘要 目的:探讨Ventrofix内固定系统在外科治疗胸腰椎疾患的应用价值。方法:2003年1月至2005年12月年间,对有前路手术适应证的22例胸腰椎疾患者进行前路伤病椎切除、椎管减压、椎体间植骨及Ventrofix内固定,术后进行跟踪随访,了解脊柱的融合、矫正后凸畸形及术后损失、脊髓功能改善情况以及各种并发症发生率。结果:术后随访6个月~28个月,平均15个月,经影像学观察及Frankel分级评定脊髓功能,22例胸腰椎术后均获得良好的固定,无内固定松动、断裂或损伤脊髓神经,无植骨块移位或塌陷及高度丢失,全部病例植骨呈骨性融合,未见畸形复发或加重,脊髓神经功能绝大部分有不同程度的恢复。局部无肿瘤、结核复发,术后出现1例肺不张。结论:Ventrofix内固定系统具有固定牢固、稳定性高、操作简单安全、合并症少、生物相容性好、无磁性等优点,是目前胸腰椎前路手术中良好的内固定系统。 Objective To explore the clinical value of ventrofix system in the treatment of thoracolumbar spine disorders. Methods From January 2003 to December 2005, 22 patients with thoracolumbar spine disorders were treated by anterior vertebrae body incision, canal decompression, intervertebral body fusion with bone graft and internal fixation with ventrofix system. The patients were followed up after operation, the condition of spinal fusion, correcting kyphosis, postoperative damage, functional improvement of spinal cord and the incidence of complications were studied. Resuits All patients were followed up for 6 months^28 months (average 15 months). According to the Frankel scale and imaging observation, all of patients were successful; there were no complications such as internal fixation loosening or breaking, spinal nerve injury, graft displacement or collapsing. The bone graft was all synostosis, no deformity recurrence and there was different degree recovery in spinal nerves function of most of patients. No tumor in part and tubercle recurrence, only pulmonary atelectasis was found in one case after operation. Conclusion The advantages of ventrofix system are reliable fixation, high stability, simple and safe operation, few complications and good biology compatibility, it is very favorable internal fixation system to treat thoracolumbar spine disordersthrough anterior approach.
