口服头孢克肟联合三金片治疗尿路感染43例疗效观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的:观察口服头孢克肟联合三金片治疗尿路感染的临床疗效。方法:采用回顾性分析法对A组(头孢克肟口服)、B组(头孢克肟联合三金片口服)疗效进行评价。结果:A组与B组痊愈率分别为48.8%、69.8%;有效率分别为79.1%、95.3%;细菌清除率分别为74.3%、91.9%;复发率分别为31.3%、5%;两组比较,P<0.05。不良反应发生率分别为7.0%、9.3%,P>0.05。结论:口服头孢克肟联合三金片是治疗疗尿路感染的理想方法。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of oral cefixime in combination with Sanjin tablets on urinary tract infection. Methods We evaluated the 2 treating schemes in retrospective analysis, including Group A(cefixime by oral administration), Group B(cefixime and Sanjin tablets by oral administration). ResultsThe cure rats were 48.8% inGroup A and 69.8% in Group B respectively(P〈0.05) ; the effective rates were 79.1% and 95.3 % respectively(P〈0.05); the germ-clearance rates were 74.3%, and 91.9% respectively(P 〈0. 05); the recurrent rates were 31.3% and 5 % respectively(P〈0.05) ; the adverse drug reaction were 7.0% and 9.3% respectively (P〉0.05). Conclusion Treating combined cefixime and Saniin tablets is a useful to treatment urinary tract infection.
