银杏叶制剂对脑缺血大鼠脑组织单胺类神经递质的影响

Effect of Extract of Ginkgo Biloba on Monoamine Neurotransmitter Levels in Brain Tissue of Cerebral Ischermia Rats

摘要 目的:观察银杏叶制剂(extractofGinkgoBiloba,EGB)对实验大鼠脑缺血导致脑组织损伤后单胺类神经递质[去甲肾上腺素(NE)和多巴胺(DA)]含量的影响。方法:建立脑缺血动物模型,测定大脑皮层内的NE、DA含量。结果:模型组大脑皮层内NE、DA含量与假手术组比较有明显降低(P<0.01),应用EGB治疗后,小剂量治疗组大鼠脑组织内NE、DA含量无明显变化(P>0.05),中、大剂量组与模型组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01),随着EGB治疗量的增加,实验动物脑内NE、DA含量增高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:EGB具有提高脑缺血动物大脑皮层的单胺类神经递质的含量,对改善大脑功能有一定的作用。 Objective To explore the effect of extract of Ginkgo Biloba (EGB) on monoamine neurotransmitter [norepinephrine (NE) and dopamine (DA) ] levels in the brain tissue of cerebral ischemia rats. Methods Cerebral ischemia model was made in rats, and cerebral cortex NE, DA levels were evaluated. Results The NE and DA levels in untreated group were significantly downregulated when compared with Sham group (P〈0.01). After treated with EGB, NE and DA levels were significantly upregulated in middle and large dose group (P〈0.05 ,P〈0.01), but in little dose group no significant difference was found (P〉0.05), moreover a dose dependent upregulation of NE and DA levels was confirmed(P〈0.05,P〈0.01). Conclusions Our results demonstrated that EGB upregulated monoamine neurotransmitter levels in the brain tissue of cerebral ischemia rats, and played a role in improving cerebral function.
