显微玻璃体手术治疗眼后段眼内异物

Vitrectomy for posterior segment intraocular foreign bodies

目的探讨显微玻璃体手术治疗眼后段眼内异物的疗效。方法2003年1月-2004年10月间眼后段眼内异物16例（16眼）采用显微玻璃体于术治疗，临床随访评估手术疗效及并发症。结果16例均摘出异物。其中磁性异物9例，非磁性异物7例，4例为眼内巨大异物。结论显微玻璃体手术是目前治疗后段眼内异物有效方法之一。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of vitrectomy for posterior segment intraocular foreign bodies. Methods The clinical data of 16 cases suffering from posterior segment foreign bodies who were admitted to our hospital from 2003 to 2004 were performed by modern vitrectomy. All the patients were followed up and evaluated the therapeutic effect and the complication. Results The posterior segment foreign bodies were removed in 16 cases. Magnetic foreign bodies were 9 cases, non-magnetic foreign bodies were 7 cases. Conclusions It is necessary to select modern vitrectomy for the treatment of posterior segment foregn bodies.
