高度近视白内障折叠式人工晶状体植入术效果观察

Clinical effect of phacoemulsification and folding IOL implantation for cataract with high myopia

目的探讨高度近视(变性近视)白内障进行晶状体超声乳化及折叠式人工晶状体植入术的效果。方法对126例(175眼)高度近视白内障行巩膜隧道式小切口、超声乳化及折叠式人工晶状体植入术。结果随访观察6月,裸眼或矫正视力≥0.5者131眼(74.86%)。结论超声乳化及折叠式人工晶状体植入治疗高度近视白内障是安全有效的,术后视力差为眼底病变所致。

Objective To evaluate the effect of phacoemulsification and folding IOL implantation for cataract with high myopia. Methods 126 cases （175 eyes） of cataract with high myopia accepted phacoemulsification and folding IOL implantation through tunnel incision on the sclera. Results After follow-up for 6 month, 74.9% （131 eyes） patient＇s visual acuity were up to 0.5. COllUSiOnS Phacoemulsification and folding IOL implantation is an effective and safe method for cataract with high myopia. The cause of its poor PCVA is due to its pathologic change in the fundus and the PCVA becomes worse as its axial length is increasing.
