摘要
目的:检测凋亡抑制蛋白FLIP在人肝脏不同病变组织中的表达并揭示其在肝癌发生发展中的意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学技术,分析46例肝癌标本,27例肝硬化组织标本,18例肝脏血管瘤标本,12例正常肝组织标本,肝癌Hepg2细胞系10个细胞爬片样本中FLIP蛋白的表达并进行统计学分析比较。结果:凋亡抑制蛋白FLIP在46例肝癌标本中有39例阳性表达(84.73%),在肝癌Hepg2细胞系10个细胞爬片样本中全部阳性表达(100%),27例肝硬化标本中4例阳性表达(14.81%),30例肝血管瘤和正常肝组织中仅2例阳性表达(6.67%),其余均为阴性(P<0.01)。结论:凋亡抑制蛋白FLIP在肝癌组织中阳性表达率明显高于良性肝组织中阳性表达率,这为揭示肝脏恶性肿瘤的发生、发展提供新的理论依据,并为肝癌的有效治疗提供新的思路。
Objective:To detect the expression of inhibitor apoptosis protein of FLIP in different human hepatic tissues and to explore its significance for the genesis and development of hepatoma. Methods: The expression of FLIP in 46 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma , 27 cases of hepatic cirrhosis , 18 cases of hepatic - hemangiomas , 12 cases of normal hepatic tissues and 10 cases of cultured Hepg2 cell of hepatocellular carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemistry method. The different expression levels of FLIP in different human hepatic tissues were compared by statistical methods. Results :The positive expression of FLIP in 46 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma was found in 39 cases(84.73% ) and in 10 cell cultures 100% ,in 27 hepatic cirrhosis cases 4 cases positive ( 14.81% ) ,but in the innocuousness hepatic tissue only 2 cases (6.67%) was positive (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: The expression of FLIP is closely related to the malignant hepatic tissue,which may help to explore the genesis and development of hepatoma and find effective therapeutic method.
