脾原发性恶性淋巴瘤的诊断和治疗

The diagnosis and therapy of primary malignant lymphoma of the spIeen

目的:探讨脾原发性恶性淋巴瘤的诊断和治疗。方法:对我院自1980年至今发现的2例进行报道并结合文献进行分析。结果:脾原发性恶性淋巴瘤临床罕见,无特异性临床表现,诊断依靠影像学检查,确诊需手术和病理证实,治疗以手术为主,并辅以化疗放疗。结论:及早诊断,早期行根治性手术,并辅以综合治疗可提高疗效。

Objective：To investigate the diagnosis and therapy about primary malignant lymphoma of the spleen. Methods： To analyze clinical data of two cases retrospectively and review the related literatures. Results： Primary malignant lymphoma of the spleen was very rare, and had no typical clinical characters. Its diagnosis can be made only depend on tomographic examination, an accurate diagnosis needs surgical and pathological evidences. In addition, a surgical operation was the main treatment. Conclusion： Early diagnosis and early complete operation can improve the prognosis of this disease.
