腹膜透析植管手术改进及临床效果观察

目的探讨腹膜透析导管植入手术的理想方法,减少透析导管相关并发症的发生率以及提高腹膜透析治疗质量。方法山东省青岛市立医院对传统腹膜透析导管植入方法在手术切口选择、透析导管植入点选择以及内cuff处理等方面进行改进,比较改进前后两种手术方法透析导管机械故障率和相关并发症发生率。结果改进后的手术患者透析导管机械故障率和相关并发症的发生率明显降低。结论改进的腹膜透析导管植入手术能减少透析导管机械故障率和相关并发症的发生率,从而提高腹膜透析治疗质量。

Object To discuss the ideal method for insertiong peritoneal dialysis （PD） catheters and it＇ s effects on reducing the incidence of PD-related complications and elevating the dialysis quality. Method Selection of operative incision, insertion site for catheters and disposal of cuff were improved. Then the technical failure rate of dialysis catheters placement and PD-related complications before and after the improvement were compared. Results There was a significant decrease in the technical failure rate of dialysis catheters placement and PD-related complication after the improvement. Conclusion The improved insertion of PD catheters can reduce the incidence of the technical failure rate and PDrelated complications and in turn improve the dialysis aualitv.
