Ghrelin与胃肠运动 被引量：1

摘要 胃肠运动障碍性疾病(功能性消化不良、肠易激综合征等)是一类临床常见病,临床上以腹胀、早饱、恶心、呕吐、腹泻、便秘等症状为主要表现,严重影响了患者的生活质量．Ghrelin为一种生长激素促分泌剂(GHSs)受体的内源性配体．目前最新的研究表明,Ghrelin除在摄食与能量代谢、心血管功能等方面具有调节作用外,还具有调控胃肠分泌、运动等功能．本文就Ghrelin对胃肠运动的调节作用作一综述．
