摘要
采用自制的网络电阻测试装置及单片机数采系统,试验研究了细粒子流化床内的电阻分布特性;建立了一个描述料层空隙率分布的更接近于工程实际的εH模型。同时,提出了表述空隙率ε、碰撞频率f与流化风速V关系的ε与fV推理模型。
In this paper,the resistance property of small fluidized particales has been studied by using a self developped instrumnet with seven probes and a Z80 data processing system.The more practical ε V model has been established,describing the distribution perty of the air porosity in fluidized bed.At the same time,another reasonins model of ε and f V has also been put forward,explaining the relation ship among the pavameters ε,f and V .
