摘要 本文构造了一个含传热面积的稳健性目标函数;介绍了双侧流体温度、流量、污垢热阻值均处于浮动时换热器的选型设计方法,它能搜寻出更多的具有较小换热面积和较大操作弹性的系列标准产品,为制订流量、温度及污垢热阻适宜的操作范围提供参考. A robust goal function including heat transmitting area is constructed in this paper. A select specification design method of the heat exchanger is presented involving fluctuation of fluid temperature, flow and fouling resistance. The author demonstrates that compared with classical design methods, the method presented in this paper can be used to find more products which have national standards and less heat exchanging area and larger spring operational ranges. This provides reference basis for determing suitable operating range of fluid temperature, flow and fouling resistance.
