摘要
目的评价实施不同健康教育模式3个月后对糖尿病控制的效果。方法设计随机对照实验,将133名自愿参加健康教育的糖尿病患者随机分为实验组(n=79)和对照组(n=54)。对照组采用专业人员授课,实验组由经过培训、本身即为糖尿病患者的非专业人员授课。教育3个月后对血糖、血脂、血压和知识得分等指标进行组内和组间比较。结果两组患者教育后的各项指标均较教育前有显著改善(P均<0.05);两组患者相比,各项指标改善程度无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论两种健康教育模式对糖尿病控制都有积极的影响,医院开展新的健康教育模式的长效性有待进一步研究。
Objective To evaluate the three-month effect of different kinds of patient education model on control of diabetes mellitus. Methods A randomized controlled trial was designed in this study. From December 2004 to October 2005,a total of 133 participants with diabetes mellitus were randomized into intervention group (n = 79) and control group (n = 54). The intervention group received volunteer self-management education, while the control group received professional health education. Three-month changes in outcome variables and metabolism status that included glycometabolism, lipid metabolism, blood pressure values and knowledge score were compared between the two groups. Results All patients in the two groups had significant improvement in outcome variables (P 〈 0.05 for all). For the comparison of the two groups, no significant differences were found in the changes of all the parameters(P 〉0.05). Conclusion Both the professional health education model and volunteer participants health education model are helpful to the control of diabetes mellitus. The long-term effect of the new education model should be further studied.
