缺血预适应对高血脂大鼠心肌缺血-再灌注损伤的保护作用

摘要 目的研究缺血预适应对高血脂大鼠心肌缺血-再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法SD大鼠,造模高血脂后随机分成缺血预适应组(IP),缺血-再灌注组(I/R)以及对照组,每组8只。取缺氧前及复灌后冠脉流出液测肌酸激酶(CK)活性,心肌组织测脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)、氧自由基清除剂超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱苷肽转移酶(GSH-Px),线粒体测ATP酶活性。结果IPC组较I/R组冠脉流出液中的CK生成减少,MDA明显降低,SOD、GSH-Px活性增强,Na+-K+-ATPase、Ca2+-ATPase、Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase活性明显升高。结论心肌缺血预适应对高血脂大鼠心肌缺血-再灌注的损伤同样有保护作用。 Objective To study the effect of myocardial ischemic preconditioning on activity of ATPase and creatine kinase (CK) in high blood fat rat. Methods High blood fat rat mode was established from SD rats. The rats were randomly divided into three groups: ischemic preconditioning (IPC), ischemic/reperfusion (I/R) and control group. The activity of CK in coronary outflow, the activity of malonyldialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione perodxidase (GSH-Px) and ATPase in myocardium were dectected. Results CK and MDA were significantly less in IPC group than those in I/R group. In IPC group,the activity of SOD, GSH-Px, Na^+-K^+- ATPase, Ca^2+-ATPase and Ca^2+-Mg^2+-ATPase were much higher than those in I/R group. Conclusion Myocardial ischemic preconditioning can protect high blood fat rat from ischemic/reperfusion injury.
