双皮瓣插入矫正内眦赘皮

Epicanthus were rectified by double inserted flaps

目的:探索一种矫正内眦赘皮的新方法。方法:采用内眦赘皮隐藏在睑缘内部分的两个皮瓣插入至内眦赘皮睑缘外部分的方法整复内眦赘皮,术中沿内眦赘皮的弧度切开,其长度以内眦赘皮的轻重而定,一般约7mm。再切开内眦赘皮与眼裂交叉点与内眦赘皮内眦点。此时即形成位于上下睑的两个皮瓣,向鼻侧方向缝合固定,鼻侧部三角皮瓣向内眦点固定。结果:5例内眦赘皮患者均得到满意的纠正效果,内眦角完全暴露,经半年后随访隐蔽。结论:双皮瓣插入法是矫正内眦赘皮效果确实的方法。

Objective Try to find out an effective and practical method to treat epicanthal fold. Methods Two flaps were applied to treatment for epicanthal fold. During operation the skin was carved along the edge of epicanthal fold, then two flaps were formed which were concealed under eyelid edge of epicanthus. After dissociated under the two flaps, we circumrotated the flaps to the direction of nose. No tension and no cat ear were emphasized. The skin of nose side was carved along the projection of the two flaps. Then a new flap which was appeared triangle was formed at the side of nose. The above three flaps was sewed and fixed. In the end the unwanted skin were cut off. Results 5 cases were satisfying, little scar was appeared and the corner of epicantus were absolutely exposured. Conclusion The method to use two flaps was an effective and practical method to rectify epicanthus.
