Ad-TGFβ1重组腺病毒载体转染兔骨髓间充质干细胞的研究 被引量:6

摘要 利用软骨组织工程修复人体关节面的软骨面缺损是自20世纪末以来人们探讨的研究方向,其中骨髓间充质干细胞作为种子细胞向软骨细胞分化的研究是具有优势的一个热点。我们利用重组腺病毒作为载体,将TGFβ1基因转染兔骨髓间充质干细胞(MSCs),为其向软骨细胞表型的分化提供实验基础。
