摘要
本文探讨了师范女大学生个性因素的特征,比较了男女生的差别.结果表明:经过师范教育培养的女大学生具有更多适合教育工作者的个性因素优势.
The paper studies the personality characteristics of female students in normal universities,compared male students with the female and normal students with the non-normal inteaching profession, and comes to the conclusion that female university students are more suitable for teaching profession.
