摘要
报告1例阴茎疣状癌并发皮角。患者男,33岁。阴茎龟头部赘生物伴恶臭2年余。皮肤科检查见龟头部有一4cm×4cm×5cm大的肿块,表面湿润,呈颗粒状,伴感染、化脓和坏死,龟头1点钟处包皮内可见3cm长的角化性赘生物。经皮损组织病理检查诊断为鳞状细胞癌,癌细胞侵及阴茎海绵体;赘生物高度角化过度,基底部可见表皮增生和炎性细胞浸润。人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)6/11、16/18DNA实时PCR扩增结果均为阳性。腹股沟淋巴结穿刺未见癌细胞。治疗上采取阴茎大部切除术。
To report one ease of verncous careinoma associated with cutancous horn of glans genis.A33-year-old male patient presented with glans penis discomfort over 2years Physical examination showed a large verrucous mass about 4cm×4cm×5cm on his glans genis with a 3cm logn nontender.keratiotic lesion projecting from the superior portion of the big muss.Squamous cell carcinoma and cutaneous born were diagnosed histopathologically .HPV subtypes 6/11 und 16/18 were positive by real-time pcr analvsis Partial phalleclomy was performed and the patient is still under folloy-up.
