摘要
本文用旋转矢量描述园偏振光的时空动态特征，并由此直接推导出旋光的瞬态规律。
This paper describes the time-space dynamic character of circular polarised light by rotary vector and derives directly the instantaneous state rule of rotatory by the way of former.
