摘要
目的:探讨ACL重建及半月板修复所用异体移植物的组织安全性。方法:分别以不同浓度梯度人体骨-髌腱-骨和半月板移植物浸提液培养NIH3T3细胞,光镜下观察细胞形态,MTT法检测受试物中存活细胞百分比,其结果与DMEM培养液(阴性对照组)及苯酚(阳性对照组)中存活细胞百分比进行比较。结果:光镜下各种浓度移植物浸提液培养的细胞形态均正常,存活率均大于97%,明显优于阳性对照组。结论:本实验中人体骨-髌腱-骨和半月板移植物未见细胞毒性。
Objective To evaluate the cytotoxicity of allogeneic bone - pateUar tendon - bone and meniscus. Methods By way of MTI' - assay in vitro, the growth and reproduction of cell NIH3T3 to extracts of allogeneic bone- patellar tendon - bone and meniscus were studied. Results No side effects were found in the growth and reproduction of cell NIH3T3 to extracts of allogeneic bone - patellar tendon - bone and meniscus, relative growth rate (RGR) of cell NIH3T3 in all experimental groups are higher than 97%. Conclusion It is suggested that allogeneic bone - patellar tendon - bone and meniscus have no cytotoxicity to cell NIH3T3, they may be ideal cellular compatibility materials in clinical practice.
