摘要
使用热活性检测仪测定了白色葡萄球菌、福氏 1a、福氏 1b和福氏 5b四种细菌在37℃正常条件及不同黄连浓度下的生长代谢热谱曲线 .根据细菌生长的Malthus模型 .计算出了各细菌在相应条件下生长速率常数及传代时间 .并拟合出了黄连水煎液抑制各细菌生长的临界剂量 .
The growth regularity of S.albus, S. lexmeri 1a,1b ,and 5b in various density of decoction of coptis has been studied by the microcalorimetric method. The bacterial thermograms of different conditions were determined, with the 2277 thermal activity monitor. According to it,the bacterial growth rate constants and generation time were calculated.Critical consistences in which decoction of coptis restrains growth of the bacteria were draw up.
